Hi, my name is Renata Galle. I’m a proud mother of two wonderful teenagers, and like every parent, I think a lot about the world they’re growing into.

Their reality —and their future— are already being shaped by AI. From the way they learn, create, and communicate, to the opportunities they will have in their careers, artificial intelligence is becoming part of their everyday lives.

This is why I’m passionate about exploring how we can guide AI to empower people —so the next generation grows up with tools that expand their potential and keep humanity at the center.

Over the past 30 years as a technology leader, I’ve witnessed waves of transformation—from the rise of the internet to today’s AI era—and I’ve always believed the most meaningful changes are those that keep people first.

My career has taken me across the United States, Brazil, Latin America, and Europe, where I’ve immersed myself in the vibrant energy and diversity of different cultures. My roots trace back to my grandfather, who immigrated from Italy to Brazil during World War I—a reminder that resilience and adaptability are woven into my family’s story.

Through these experiences, I’ve learned the importance of staying true to yourself and celebrating your unique identity. This journey has shaped me not only as a professional but also as a person. I may not have all the answers, but I bring curiosity, humor, and a willingness to learn from every twist and turn.
